Feast on a fresh daily chef’s choice Surf and Turf or Aussie Braised Lamb Shank. Complement your dish with a fine wine from our extensive wine list.

For private events, Royston’s Wine Room offers an intimate and memorable setting. Dine inside Bermuda stone walls amid more than 1,000 bottles of wine housed in a rich mahogany storage unit.

Resort elegant attire is recommended for dinner. Jackets are required, but ties are optional. Please no jeans or sneakers.
